Deadline for Catseye tribute approaches[]
Luther mention about Selena where he seems nervous everytime he talk about her. Eidolon assume that Selena was a monster but Luther's answer said otherwise that he has a crush on Selena and he want Envoy to collect Fruit which was Selena's favorite taste. Envoy seek information from Madeline and the problem seems insurmountable not only they have severe shortage but they also had problems with Tanuki with their incessant fighting. After collecting the fruit, Madeline seems surprised to see Envoy able to collect pile of fruit in short time but Beebis snatch one of it and gulps it down and Eidolon takes the fruit away before Beebis can snatch more. Madeline still feel puzzled and ask Envoy where the fruit came from and Envoy replied that they got the fruit under Luther's reccomendation. She praise Luther but not so much on Selena despite she's still half mature so Madeline won't worry about her so much.

Plan to defeat Catseye Pirates[]
Braeden want Envoy to collect some materials and hard fruit while also clearing the shores out from inhabitants to smoothen the operation. After the materials are gathered and the inhabitants are defeated, he start to dry the fruit in order to fill it with gunpowder. He already considered the place where he can defeat them and the beach was the most suitable place for it. Next, Braeden assign Envoy to gather some waterproof paint that gain specifically from Forest Beetle by collecting their goo. Since the mist and the fog are thick around the coast, the plan will be failed if the bombs was not waterproof. While collecting goo, Envoy also need secretions from beetle to keep gunpowder dry.
After collecting it, Envoy also lend Braeden hand through applying the waterproof paint to the bomb shell while also giving the flyers to the townsfolk. The reactions seems good enough on the townsfolk as some are willing to take up arms to fight the pirates but some also doesn't want to fight the pirates. Envoy report to Isaac and it seems Isaac manage to fish a secret stone when going fishing earlier. After handling the errands, Envoy was tasked to capture the parrot and collect Thin Vines. After all of them are collected Envoy give the Thin Vines to Isaac while Parrots to Braeden as he realize that he is forgetting something. After everything is set, he gave a cart of supplies to Madeline and she was relieved that everything was there.
When the pirates come and check the belongings but he said that it doesn't met their requirements as Bluto suddenly increase the tribute by 20%. Envoy decide to interfere and manage to disarm Pirate's weapon but when it happened he state that everyone on Helonia Coast will be dead if they don't have it all when the deadline reached.
Problems at Bella's Orchard[]
After what happened, Madeline come to a solution to deceive the pirates. She want Envoy to meet up with an alchemist on Bella's Orchard and she reccomend Envoy to meet up with Vance while she assemble plan with townsfolk. Before leaving for Bella's Orchard, Madeline give a small bag that allows Envoy to carry more items as a token of gratitude. Envoy then travel to Bella's Orchard and upon reaching there, Envoy quickly explain why they are deployed here by Madeline but Bella herself have a tough time since the harvest season is very poor while Vance doesn't want to tell the alchemist whereabout since villains may use him to gain advantage. Feeling lost, Envoy was called by Donny who turns out he is the son of Bella and Vance.
Donny told that the Fruit Bettles ransacking the trees and Vance try to drive them away but nothing worked so well. He works on orchard for days on end and doesn't have time for Bella and Donny. He want to help but his father doesn't want him to involve in it and he let Envoy do the job for him. After driving the beetles, Envoy return to Bella and she was surprised that how did Envoy know and it turns out Donny was the one who requested Envoy to do so much to her disbelief that he ask total stranger to do something dangerous. She feel grateful however and Envoy lend a hand to assist Vance driving Tanuki away from her crops, After driving them out, Bella was impressed again and she finally relieved that they are be able to harvest again for now. She will discuss the matter with her husband Vance while she ask Envoy to check the perimeter around the Orchards.
After the perimeter is secured, Envoy goes to Vance to report about the situation. It turns out he was surprised but also in awe when he got information about Envoy on the town itself. After gaining trust, Vance will introduce Envoy to Perry, a lone alchemist that can turn rocks into fool's gold. Unfortunately since his talent was discovered, many are try to use in wrong ways as such he decide to exile himself and not trusting strangers anymore but with Vance's aid, Perry may can help but it all depends on his decision but he got an idea that he know how to make Perry know that Vance have trust on Envoy.
Vance want Envoy to collect ingredients needed to make a cook that become his favorite ever since he resides with Bella on Bella's Orchard. Envoy manage to bring ingredients which is Emeralden Snail meat and Helonia Mountain Mushrooms to Bella in order to produce Spicy Apple Escargot. She said that the cook she made is a sign of trust from Bella's Orchard. The dish is complex but Emeralden snail's freshmess makes all the difference. The mountain mushrooms also critical to the delicious and savory favor of the dish. Next she want Envoy to collect spices such as Old Apple Trees and Chilli Pepper. After the ingredients are gathered, she cook and complete it and she hand it to Envoy. The Eidolon seems back off but she know that if Envoy haven't really taste it until they taste her cook and she believe Perry will love it.

The last component is, Flower Pollen since he is aware of the Pirates that has sharp eyes. when the pollen are mixed together under his recipe it will produce a Shiny Gold Powder. Envoy manage to acquire it all and return to Perry to hand it over. Perry then goes to work to produce it and while he's making it he thought that he will make fool's gold again. It seems Selena must have told Madeline about him. When Envoy ask about her whereabout, Perry state that she went to Windmill Cottage that lies on North of Windwhisper Meadow. If Envoy was concerned, he reccomend Envoy to investigate it while he finish the production.
When Envoy reach there, what Envoy met is there are pirates around the cottage. Perry think that they manage to kidnap Selena but he decide to tell the story about her family. When Madeline's husband is still alive, all members of the family live there. After her father's death, everyday she went there to mourn about her father and sometimes she went to him to have a talk. He believe now the Pirates have captured Selena and he quickly deploy Envoy to take action He gave Envoy a tranquilizer dart so they can question captured pirate later despite Eidolon's hesitation but later Envoy manage to capture a Catseye Porter and Perry start interrogating him.
Perry question him and the Porter says that they went to the cottage to loot everything what was left of it but they also decide to bring Selena to Catseye Camp as well. In order to convince them, the porter tell that the adjutant follower is currently occupying the cottage right now. After confirming it, Envoy immediately report to Madeline which makes her surprise about Selena that she believe her daughter was kidnapped. However with current situation, she believe Selena can be rescued if she manage to reduce Catseye Manpower.
Operation Long Night of Deceit[]
Braeden will be the one to set up the bomb while Envoy will sneak into their camp disguised as townperson and tell the pirates that there are treasures washed ashore. Envoy is willing to help and Madeline want Envoy to go into the Lair to rescue Selena while the pirates are lured ashore. Envoy know that they will be the one to handle the task but it will mean one less person to transport fake gold into the lair. Before setting up traps, Madeline want the coast clear of Mollusk so they won't step on it and trigger the traps before pirate do. Envoy secure the shore quickly and as Madeline's instruction, Envoy went to Braeden in order to move to the next phase.
Braeden feel at loss on who will volunteer to take it and Isaac walks to them, volunteering to handle the treasures.of fake gold. Braeden told Isaac that he doesn't want to trouble his big brother but since Isaac insist, he give up on him. Isaac want Envoy to clear up beach from Raging Sand Crab to prevent Braeden for taking damage when setting up the bomb. After clearing the area from crab, Envoy report to Madeline that the operation is ready to go and she never expect that Isaac also join the cause as well. Envoy want to continue the task however Madeline demand Envoy to rest now as she doesn't want to see Envoy burns out. When Envoy rests, Braeden carry the operation
Braeden did not expect that the defenses was quite airtight but he manage to slip past through the Parrots and set up the bomb silently. After the set up succeded, Braeden withdraws to Helonia quickly and when Envoy awake in the morning, Braeden manage to return unharmed. He express his gratitude that if Envoy did not clear out Mollusks and crabs, things may not going so well. Madeline plans to reinforce town's defenses and she want to fill any blanks on the defenses. She ask Luther to come over but he hurriedly pack his backpack. When Envoy ask his explanation, he tell Envoy that everyday he never stop thinking about Selena and because of possibility getting kidnapped he decide to infiltrate the camp by his own.
Meanwhile Isaac went to the Catseye Pirates Camp to show the fake treasures and giving them false intel that there are treasures washed ashore. After convincing several of them, Bluto deployed his men to the shore and when they are on the beach the bomb triggers and kills dozens of them however the body of Bluto was never to be founded. Isaac also able to return safely without any harm and he went to check on Braeden.
They believe the operation was succeded but what come to Madeline's mind now is about Luther. She know that Luther adore her daughter, Selena ever since a child. He care Selena with all his heart and everything he does is for her sake. He volunteer to sneak into the camp, and if he succed to bring Selena back, Madeline will give him blessing.
Raid on Catseye Pirates Camp and Selena's decision[]
Envoy quickly set off to the camp and he raid the camp quickly, defeating Catseye Trainer and Parrot Envoy can find while also pushing deeper into the camp. When reaching deeper to the camp, a pirate signal his hand and want Envoy to come over and turns out it was Luther who disguised as Pirate Merchant. Luther tell what he find on the camp, most of the pirates are wounded but they didn't even bandage their cuts and bruises. On the contrary, they waited to get to the Lair for any sort of treatment which makes Luther feels odd about them. He and Envoy know that something is not right here but seeing the defenses is still weak, Envoy decide to continue sneak in and making a map around the camp but Envoy saw pirates start to pack up which makes Envoy and Luther curious while also suspicious.
Nevertheless, Luther continue with the plan as he want Envoy to mark the Banner while also defeat the Conjurer to retrieve the staff. In addition, Envoy will also need to make ruckus to cause distraction so Luther can go all way inside to rescue Selena and set up the bomb. After succeding and meeting up with Luther again, he told Envoy that Selena is currently with Mac, leader of Catseye Pirates. Because of something unexpected happened to him, he decide to leave everything to Envoy to clear matters up while he leave to Helonia to calm his mind but before that Luther gave Envoy herald letter.
Envoy proceed deeper into the camp where Mac is and when the Envoy carry out the order he immediately runs back to the camp and Envoy gave chase. There he found Selena doing fine with Mac and Envoy ask what is going on but Selena demands Envoy to not to hurt Mac but he want Selena and his crew to get on board first while he will take care the rest. Selena explain that she wasn't kidnapped instead she went here by her own volition and so far no one has hurt her. She is in love with Mac and she want to become a Navigator on his ship as she want to pursue her dreams, to let salty ocean sting her nose and to live a life of adventure.
She gave Envoy a key that will lead to treasure vault. All the treasure that was collected from Helonia is locked inside. She explain that Mac plans to return all plundered items back to the townsfolk. Envoy decide to verify her words to Mac and he nodded, he never ask her to leave her family but she offer herself to him. His crew like her so much and they can't lay a hand on her, he also gave her Treasure Vault key so they can return the treasure to the townsfolk together with all of the treasure they plundered from town.
He give the order to disband the Catseye Pirates and Mac gave his word that all of Helonia's treasure will be returned to the people. He urge Envoy to trust him and leave Selena be however Bluto butted in as he want Mac to think over again that some of crew doesn't want to see it disbanded. Mac said that he is in charge here and the decision was already being made but Bluto got other that was on his mind, the treasure vault key. If Mac doesn't hand the key over, Bluto will stage an assault to Helonia until he get what he wants. Mac realize that Bluto is the one who plunder the town and he kept demanding the key. Selena refuse to give it and Bluto decide to take it by force. Envoy decide to interfere and Bluto seems surprised to see an Eidolon and he realize that Envoy and Eidolon are the one who keep ruining his plan.
Helonia's treasure returned and Luther's resolve[]
After defeating Bluto, Mac ask Envoy their name and Envoy tell their name. No matter where they go, he will be always grateful for Envoy's help. Mac and Selena is about to leave and before they left, Selena hands the letter to Envoy so Envoy can deliver it to her mother, Madeline and tell her that Selena is okay and went off to pursue her dreams. She also want Envoy to apologize to Luther on her behalf, she know that Luther had done everything without asking for return for her sake but her heart now belongs to Mac. She know that he will find someone and it will be a very lucky girl indeed. Selena hands the key and letter to Envoy and then both of them departed from Helonia Coast.
Back to the Town, Envoy talk to Luther and he explain that when Selena fall in love with Mac, he lost his head. He feel empty inside as he think back then was going home. He express his gratitude to Envoy that he will pull himself together, stronger and pursuing his dream to become wealthy travelling merchant. In time he may go beyond his dream. When Envoy went to Madeline, she immediately snatch the letter and after she read it she realize her mistake. Shouldn't she hold her back then, things won't go like this and now she's rebelling but Madeline says that she cannot ignore her husband's lust for freedom and independence which she believe Selena will become a navigator. It may not an ideal ending but at least Selena is safe and sound.
Journey to Crescent Hill[]
Madeline remembers that Envoy want Starlight Treasure chest and she gave her the treasure. The treasure has been passed down for generations and it was always locked. When Envoy is about to leave, Donny rushes to the village despite Vance try to hold him back. They know that Envoy have to leave soon and Donny also want to become Envoy of Gaia someday and Braeden butts in, telling that Donny need to train hard in order to become what Envoy is now. Receiving thanks from Isaac, Braeden and the others, Envoy keep themself in good mood but also curious on how to unlock the treasure.
Madeline tell Envoy that the key has been passed down for generations to come at Crescent Hill. Envoy should look for Omar, Chieftain of the Village. Even there will be a solution ahead, Envoy looks guiltily at Eidolon that accompany Envoy throughout the journey. After gaining the information needed, Envoy ventured to Crescent Hill to continue the quest.
