Accepting the Quest[]
Augustus
- "Well, hey, there you are, my best pilot! These Dwarves from Meriland are unusually stubborn, which drives me mad. Even though Dwarves are generally relentless, these ones are over-the-top impossible!"
- "They argue with us constantly about how to operate the Robots. Just when we reached a consensus, we get stuck in another argument with those thick-headed fools. It's a waste of time! I mean, according to the third chapter of the Theory of Robots..."
Envoy
- Fearful this could turn into an incredibly boring lecture, you kindly remind Augustus that complaints never solve anything. He scratches the back of his head with an embarrassed sigh.
Augustus
- "I guess you're right. I'm sorry. I forgot you don't know much about this. Wait a second, I have an idea! You're the perfect candidate to settle this argument!"
- "Since we cannot persuade one another, we'll have a third party settle it! Genius! Why hasn't anyone in the history of mankind thought of that?! Would you please try to settle the argument between the two Dwarven Craftsmen arguing in the Refuge? Do whatever it takes to shut them up."
In Progress[]
Augustus
- "Well, though I know it's a waste of time to argue here, my Craftsman's soul won't let me back down quite yet. I have to show the people of Meriland what I'm really made of - that'll shut 'em up!"
Completing the Quest[]
Augustus
- "Well, um, the way you settle a dispute is very... straightforward, I guess you could say." Augustus peers at you with awe.
- "Never mind, as long as what you did ends the dispute between the Craftsmen, it was all worth it. Now that we've cleared the air, though, we ought to refocus on getting rid of the dastardly Demons occupying Meriland."
- "<Envoy>, Since you're already here, why not give us a hand? You weren't busy anyway, were you?"
