- "I keep telling you, my people are familiar with the terrain and are skilled in guerilla tactics. Your subordinates only understand standard battles and won't coordinate with us at all!"

- You clear your throat loudly. Robinson turns and is slightly surprised to see you standing there.
Robinson
- "Oh, uh, as you can see, I'm busy trying to make some sense out of this guy. I just can't figure out how his mind works."
- "If you want to know what's goin' on around here, you may as well investigate it on your own for now. I gotta get through to this guy here first."

- You are about to ask some local hunters about the current news, when you overhear them talking about the Church.
Village Hunter
- "This is an outrage! The Church won't even send us a single Templar?!"
- "They sent a Squad Leader. A single Squad Leader! Do we really mean so little to the Church?!"

- "You're right, how dare they? Do they think it's easy, defending our village from those huge Giants?"
Village Youth
- "Maybe the Templars just haven't shown up yet? I really hope they're on the way..."

- You try asking the local women of the village about the current situation.
Village Woman
- "It's common knowledge that the Giants are incredibly tough! We're lucky to have the Jones family taking the lead against them in battle, mhmm!"
- "Absolutely! With them around, even I feel safe letting my son go off to do battle alongside them! Maybe he'll even learn a thing or two about responsibility."
