Otherworld: Helonia Coast is an instance in the world of Terra, located in Cactakara Forest of South Midgard of Grazeus. It is available to players level 60 and above. It can be entered alone or with a party.

Otherworld: Helonia Coast is a parallel universe of Helonia Coast. Unlike Helonia Coast, the Otherworld version is swarming with Penguins, commanded by Brave Penguins and Duke Keo, the Penguin Master.
Eidolons may spawn in a fixed area in Helonia Coast. They may appear after defeating a Brave Penguin.
